Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Dispatch within 48 hours after successfully placing order.

Delivery within 7 days after dispatch. However, in case of unforeseen events we will update the delivery time accordingly.

We believe in straightforward refund and exchange policies to build trust and reassure our customers about their purchase.

We have easy 5 days return and exchange policy for damaged products.

For any exchange products the difference in amount shall be paid (if any).

The spare parts warranty which will be mentioned in the invoice if applicable.

Batteries/heating/motors have no warranty. Any product apart from these which is not covered under warranty shall be informed accordingly.
